Van Halen was formed in California during the late 1970s. They are a world-famous hard rock band known best for their songs "You Really Got Me", "Jump", and "Hot for Teacher". Van Halen is one of the only rock bands with two studio albums to sell more than 10 million copies in the United States. Eddie Van Halen was the main songwriter, guitarist, and keyboardist of the rock band and is known as one of the best guitarists of all time. The band toured together until Eddie's death in 2020.
