They are widely considered to be the catalyst for the underground punk scene, going on to inspire generations of anarchy with their anti-authoritarian lyrics and presence. Although their career was relatively short-lived due to their rambunctious nature and heavy drug use, their musical legacy has singlehandedly helped shape the riot punk genre we all know and love today.
