Motley Crue went on their "Girls, Girls, Girls" tour around North America and Japan in 1987. Whitesnake and Guns N' Roses were the opening acts throughout the tour.
Motley Crue was one of the first glam metal bands to rise to fame in the 80s. They were known for their hedonistic lifestyle and androgynous look. Everyone in the band were such party animals that KISS actually kicked them off of their tour. Motley Crue had elaborate live performances with crazy stage setups, pyrotechnics, and high energy. Most likely had the tightest pants in America.
