Ernesto "Che" Guevara was originally from Argentina. While training to become a physician, Che witnessed injustices and poverty which radicalized him into a Marxist mindset. Eventually, Che met Fidel Castro and joined the Cuban Revolution. After the revolution, Che played major roles in the new government and went on to attempt more revolutions in Africa and South America. Despite his divisive popularity, Che stills remains an emblem of rebellion.
